How to order from us ?

 

 Dear clients, to order our products add them to the cart and head to our order calculator. For more information please visit the said page.

 

 If the order form or calculator do not work, you can download our order form by filling out the required information and sending it over at utf_sofia@abv.bg, where we will be informed about your order.

General conditions of delivery and payment

 Our deliveries, services and offers are being made on the basis of the conditions which are listed below. They are also valid for all our upcoming trade relations, even if not negotiated expressly again. At the latest with the acceptance of the goods or service these conditions are considered accepted. In this way refusal of those conditions by the buyer due to a mismatch with its trading conditions is invalid. Changing the below mentioned conditions is possible only with the written consent of both parties (supplier and customer).

 

 The date of receipt of the goods shall be the date of receiving the invoice and the waybill.

 

1. The term of delivery is within 14 working days.

 

2. Payment terms:

2.1. If with a specific contract is not negotiated another way of payment, the following applies: within 5 days with 2% discount of the value of the goods, within 14 days after the date of issuing the invoice the full value as far as in the price lists and offers are not given other payment terms associated with a particular product program.

2.2. The failure to comply the obligations within the prescribed period is considered an overdue without warning.

2.3. In case of a failure to comply with the due date we have the right to charge 5% interest. In case of overdue we are entitled to charge interest at the rate of interest on bank loans, in each case at least 3% of the invoice value.

2.4. We are entitled to balance all amounts owed by the buyer to us with the amounts owed by us to the buyer for deliveries or other grounds.

 

3. Terms of payment:

3.1.  The payment deadline is up to two weeks from the date of receipt of the goods.

3.2.  The buyer is obliged to insure the goods on which we have a right of a temporary property against fire and theft. The claims amounting to the value of the goods to the insurer in case of an insurance event are conceded to us.

3.3.  In case of a delay in payment to two weeks within the time specified in paragraph 3.1., the customer shall pay a penalty of 5% of the invoice value.

3.4.  In case of a delay in payment to 1 month within the time specified in paragraph 3.1., the customer shall pay a penalty of 10% of the invoice value.

3.5.  In case of a delay in payment over 1 month within the time specified in paragraph 3.1., the customer shall pay a penalty of 20% of the invoice value.

3.6.  In case of actions by the buyer which are contrary to contract, especially late payment, we are entitled to exert our right to property and to demand the immediate handover of the goods, to proceed by ourselves or through authorized parties to immediately putting in possession of the goods or possibly require the assignment of claims for transmission to the purchaser to third parties. Lodgement of title does not contain withdrawal.

3.7.  Location of the delivery is specified by the client. The delivery time and performance are complied if until their expiry the client has received the invoice and the waybill.

 

4.  The cost for transporting goods shall be borne by the customer.

 

5.  The cost of insurance of the goods during the transportation are borne by the customer. We are ready to insure the goods for your advantage. In case of your interest we will make you an adequate offer.

 

6.  Right of reclamation:

6.1.  The client has a right of reclamation in case the delivered goods don’t comply with the appearance and quantity of the ordered goods.

6.2.  The client is obligated to notify the deliver about the mismatches in 7 days after receiving the goods.

6.3.  Reclamation about incomplete, defected or wrong delivery must be in written form in 10 days after receiving the goods. Otherwise the deliveries are considered regular.

 

7.  Warranty of the products:

7.1. For all goods, included in the catalogue, 24 months warranty.

7.2.  Any changes in our conditions of delivery, payment and warranty of our products are valid only when they are negotiated in writing.

 

8. In case of occurrence of a question related to the conditions listed above or a question about something that isn’t listed above, we ask you to notify us opportunely.
